About.

Create the perfect summer picnic from our local food and beverages stalls, bring a blanket or some chairs and sit back under the trees and enjoy.

Starting at 3pm kids and adults alike can enjoy face painting, hula hoops, Kite flying, fly fishing demonstrations from the Aussie Fly Fisher, an action-packed NERF course from Tumba Bikes & Blooms ‘Paint in the Park’ & ‘Drop in and Draw’ sessions from Artists on Parade, sculpture creating with the Snowy Valleys Sculpture Trail, Indigenous storytelling and teachings with TKNIC, a stylish fashion parade from Twisted Willow, a photography workshop from Brooklyn Road Photography and bike riding around the fantastic bike paths – BYO bike!

There will be some local food and drink options available on the day, or people can organise their own picnic with pre-ordered picnic boxes available from Nest or Dare to Bite the day before.

There will be food vans and a licensed drinks garden with a range of beverages available to purchase, supplied by our local wineries, cideries, brewery and distillery. While you relax and enjoy a drink from our local producers there will be live music performances by Rory Phillips, Bethany Pike and Isaac Staines through until 9pm.

Made possible through the Reconnecting Regional NSW – Community Event Program grant funding and Snowy Valleys Council.
