A fully renovated Retro styled 3 bedroom holiday farm cottage sitting alongside the Maragle Creek within a working sheep and cattle property in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains.
Nature walks, lookouts, dark night skies, abundant birdlife and native animals abound on-site and scenic drives will take you to nearby national parks, Tumbarumba rail trail, gardens, waterfalls, restaurants, cellar doors, historic pubs and small townships. There are many roads and trails for motorcycle and bicycle enthusiasts.
Two to six guests can be accommodated with two queen bedrooms and one twin single bedroom. Only children over 12 yrs of age are permitted. Separate living, dining, kitchen and laundry provide plenty of internal space and outdoor fenced yards allow for outdoor meals, bbq’s, fire pit gatherings or early morning cups of tea in the sunshine.
Willow Vale Farm Cottage is situated approximately halfway between Sydney and Melbourne and midway between Wagga Wagga and Albury and 25 minutes to the nearest fuel and supermarkets.
Enjoy the peace and quiet or fill your days with an exploration of the Snowy Valleys Shire and the Upper Murray.
